All orders are completed on a custom basis, therefore, all sales are final.

CANCELLATIONS: All custom orders and requested cancellations are subject to a 10% non-refundable service fee. Maria Katz Fine Art & Gifts takes no satisfaction in charging this fee, but due to costs that we incur when processing & preparing an order, this is a necessary charge.

RETURNS: If there are any discrepancies when you receive your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will gladly rectify the matter as we deem appropriate.  There are absolutely no returns on custom orders.   Shipping and Handling charges incurred by the customer will not be refunded.

VARIANCES: Due to image resolution on computer monitors and devices, there may be slight variances of color from what is posted to what is delivered. Because all pieces are done on a custom basis, slight variances in paint colors may appear as all paint is mixed for each order to be painted.

CUSTOMIZATIONS: Most designs are available in alternate sizes. Please inquire about other sizes and options available.  Please communicate directly with the artist and she will gladly do her best to meet all of your creative needs!

FRAMING NOT INCLUDED: Flat canvas panels will easily fit into most standard 11”x14” frames but frames are not included. Simply remove the glass front & insert this panel from behind. Being able to frame these flat canvas panels makes them more versatile to coordinate with your home decór.

PRIVACY POLICY:  At Maria Katz Fine Art & Gifts, we do not sell, trade or share your personal information with anybody- it’s as simple as that.
